The idea of the letter is very civilized...Which tells Stillen that you are civilized, serious and not about to take any more B.S. I work for a large compnay that sells millions of units a year. Downside is it only takes a 0.1% dissatisfaction rate and you are running into hundreds of issues. The ones that get dealt with first (and quickly)are letters from an attorney. Every business in the US is deathly afraid of legal action because even if you win the suit, you are gone to pay someone, namely their consul. So unless there is S20K at stake here, they will settle quickly. It's much cheaper to settle before they get to court and they know it. You will not be the first. If you genuinely feel there are things amiss, collect all your invoices and get to an independent mechanic and have your car thoroughly checked. If there are things missing, call your family lawyer. The last thing Stillen wants is you telling this forum, the Supra forum, the SR-20 forum or their distributors etc. that this is going on. We are their life's blood. Good luck Reach out and sue someone!
